Is there any type of HGH, whether it’s an injection or not, that can be benneficial to a 26 year old looking to get into better athletic shape and build muscle? Is there a real HGH injection, or is it all just synthetic (not talking about secretagogues).

Somatotropin is the only real hgh and for the reasons we talk about above it is illegal to use. What is “real” hgh today are the pharmaceuticals for injection which are known as rHGH and are synthesized in laboratories.
Hgh injections will do more for the anabolic burning of body fat than the will for building muscle. At least for a 26 year old.

Is there a natural pill that will stimulate the release of Somatotropin instead of injecting the hormone which, from what I gather, can be harmful?
