I cannot take any arginine because it activates fever blisters. I take lysine for that instead. I take single amino acid powders mixed with the juice of one lemon to get it down because some of them taste pretty bad. I bought mine from NutraBio. Apparently from reading all these comments I don't understand what I am doing because even the juice of one lemon negates the empty stomach rule. Also, I did not know that you can't take certain amino acids together. I will never be able to fit in real food with all this waiting for an empty stomach ! In spite of what I am doing I am starting to feel a lot better. I have Fibromyalgia and am 56 years old so I am looking for pain relief and and anti-aging qualities. HELP !!!
