We had a little delay getting back to the subject of hgh side effects. During this down time we decided to change the order of presenting the information. We are going to start with the mild side effects that might be experienced by hgh supplement user rather than the more serious side effects of injectable human growth hormone.
The most serious negative effect experienced by the users of hgh sprays is the embarrassment that comes from being scammed by hgh oral spray marketers. This is officially known as Smaller Bank Account Syndrome. This can easily be avoided by avoiding all contact with all spray products. If you have any additional questions you will find the answers in various posts inside the Homeopathic and Oral Spray category.
Smaller Bank Account Syndrome can also strike the purchasers of many hgh releaser products in pill or powder form. The best protection is to read the hgh supplement reviews before you buy hgh supplements.
OK. I have had my fun. We will now get to the real side effects of the various releasers and secretagogues.
The first important thing to pay attention to is that anybody can be sensitive to one or more of the ingredients in a product they have never taken before. If this worries you, start by taking a partial dosage to see how you respond. Take five days to build up to the full dosage.
Hypertension – High Blood Pressure
Some people might experience an increase in blood pressure while taking these dietary supplements. This will probably only happen with people who are already susceptible to high blood pressure and only with certain products that contain herbs or other ingredients that can have this side effect. More people usually experience improvement in blood pressure than experience a problem.
So be an adult and pay attention to your blood pressure. At the very least use one of the machines in the grocery or drug store to check it occasionally. If you notice an increase, keep closer tabs. If it continues, end your cycle and get checked out by a doctor.
Be mindful but do not worry to hard. Most people starting on hgh supplementation are also increasing exercise, improving diet and generally taking better care of themselves. The vast majority of these people experience a solid improvement in their blood pressure numbers and all around health.
Diabetes – Hypoglycemia
This is all about extreme fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Again neither of these conditions is commonly experienced by most users.
Your typical adult has enough of a sense of what high or low blood sugar feels like in or bodies. We have all gone to long without eating or binged on sweets. If you notice these kinds of feelings more often than normal, stop your cycle. If the condition persists, see a doctor.
Again the vast majority does not have this effect. Most report an increased and more balanced level of energy. I have heard reports of many people who had blood sugar problems having to reduce their medications. This is particularly true of entry level diabetics who needed to reduce the amount of insulin they took.
The big important note here is that if you are a diabetic, consult with a doctor, proceed carefully and constantly monitor your blood sugar level.
Disclaimer
While I am thinking about what to talk about next, the lawyers would probably be happier if I said something about all of this not being medical advice and presented for informational and entertainment purposes only. Yes, I am having more fun here because this stuff often bores me but I know it is important new information for many people.
Disturbed Sleep
A small percentage of consumers experience problems sleeping. Most people report much better sleep. The people reporting a problem usually have sensitivities to increases in dopamine or serotonin. This can also be a problem experienced with some of the over designed sports supplements because they often stick in ingredients that are kind of low grade speed.
The disturbed sleep might also be in the form of an initial experience of more active dreaming. This usually returns to normal after the initial experience.
If the experience does not seem too serious to you, just stick with the cycle. The vast majority of hgh supplement users report that they have better sleep. Some people end up sleeping longer and some people sleep for a shorter period of time. The important thing is not the time but how rested you feel.
I really can’t think of much else to say at the moment. If something comes to mind I will add it later.
Next up will be the injectable human growth hormone side effects. The potentially serious stuff.

If you greatly increase your muscle mass as a result of taking a hgh releaser, will you lose that mass once you quit taking it ? How long should you stay on a releaser, or is it safe to just keep taking it forever ?
Thanks,
Mike.

Mike,
The only way to greatly increase your muscle mass is to do major weight lifting designed to add muscle mass. If you stop lifting you will eventually lose the mass.
The hgh releaser issue is secondary.
How long it is safe to take a product all depends on the product.

I am looking at purchasing Secretagogue as it seems to be the safest and realest product out there. Are there age limitations/considerations I shuold make? I am 29 but looking to lose weight/gain muscle.

Seth,
At 29, you are just starting to approach the age were these products start to do some good. Everyone is a bit different.
The basic advice I give to people is try it for a while and see what you think. At the very least you should get your money’s worth in health benefits. You just might not see the level of results you are envisioning.

Dear Sirs,
I have used the HGH sprays with no satisfaction whats so ever and the injection programs seem a
bit much for me so can you recommend a good HGH product that you have solid proof of success or something that works to replace it. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Kevin

Kevin,
Checkout the reviews. Anything in the “B” range is a decent product.

Jordan,
We did a review of Goliath Labs hgh product and it was crap. From what I remember of their site it was pretty much all just a bunch of BS marketing without any substance.

Shazzy,
Read around the site and you will see that we think 25 year olds won’t get much benefit from hgh products.
