Somatropinne An HGH Review

November 21st, 2008 · 25 Comments

Somatropinne HGH would be a new low if we had not already reviewed so many bad products this year.  Really, if you are just looking for the reviews of good products you can skip to another page.

I don’t know what is worse, the sleazy marketing or the lack of content in the pills.

Right there on the home page is a big orange and red symbol saying, “#1 Rated by Independent Testing Labs.”  I have been around the growth hormone supplement business for over 25 years and never seen any independent testing lab report.

If there was some kind of real ranking you would think that the name of the lab and the report would be prominently featured. They are not.

It gets even better!  Just to the right of this are the logos for Pfizer and Gentropin as if to imply that there is some connection between a giant drug company and this fraud.

And right below that is this wonderful paragraph……..

Somatropinne also known as Genotropinne is a specialized blend of HGH, growth factors, and amino acids  designed to stimulate greater production of human growth hormone by the anterior pituitary gland in the brain. Somatropinne is one of very few HGH products that combine HGH with proven growth factors and potent amino acids to maximize the effectiveness of each dose. (FDA Approved & NO Side Effects)

Now I get the connection, you add a “ne” to the end of the name of a trademarked pharmaceutical human growth hormone product to pretend that they are connected.  BS.

Might as well also claim that the pills actually contain HGH and are FDA approved..  Two more lies.

These are pills that get swallowed and end up in the stomach.  The HGH would be destroyed by stomach acids, that is if there really was any.

This is a dietary supplement.  The FDA has no power to approve dietary supplements.  In fact, FDA rules clearly state that supplement marketers can not make such a claim.

We are not even below the fold on the home page and we have a big pile of deception and lies.  They also push an HGH For Height plus products for penile enlargement and breast enhancement.

I thought the FTC just put most of those companies out of business.

Guess they missed one.

Just to stay in form we should cover the ingredients.

Each 250 mg pill contains:
Alpha GPC
Gaba
Glycine
L-Arginine 10 mg
L-Dopa Bean extract
L-Glutamine
L-Isoleucine
L-Tyrosine
L-Valine
L-Lysine
Moomiyo Extract
Orthinine Alpha Ketoglutarate

Theoretically, you could have enough Alpha GPC and L-Dopa bean to have some benefit but what about the other 10 ingredients?  Pure label dressing.

10 mg of l-arginine?  Taken by itself you start at maybe 5000 mg and still don’t have a great hgh releaser.

This delightful product sells for $129.95.

I’m laughing so hard I need to change my shorts!

Maybe $9.95.

Somatropinne HGH receives an hgh product rating of Z.

I am not part of this site, but I got my sample pack of this product. After just recieving my sample I took one just before dinner as prescribed. I ate a large dinner and went to bed. I woke up congested and my right eye is swollen and I am always thirsty. These are issues I don’t have on an every day basis. It says on the add “FDA approved with “NO SIDE EFFECTS”? Yes, I already threw it away. Only $8 gone, but I’m hoping nothing else happens to me.

    Jon,

I can’t see that there is anything in the product that should cause that kind of reaction in most people. However, there is no such thing as an FDA approved dietary supplement. Saying no side effects wouldn’t get past any legal review.

None of this really matters because these people aren’t interested in doing any kind of legal marketing or decent products. Every time I see the $129.95 price tag, I get a chuckle.

So, where and how do I go about getting the real thing??? Thanks Don

  • 4 hgh truths // Mar 13, 2009 at 2:46 pm

    Don C,

You need to define the real thing. Any supplement that gets a ratring in the “B” range is a good choice.

  • 6 casey Q // Apr 5, 2009 at 5:21 pm

    Casey Q,
There is no such thing as an hgh supplement that will make you grow.

  • 8 Adrian R // Apr 12, 2009 at 6:29 pm

Where can I find an hgh that actually works in regards to muscle and mass gain?

  • 9 hgh truths // Apr 12, 2009 at 6:51 pm

    Adrian R,

If you are under 30 years of age you can’t.

  • 10 Pat C // Apr 14, 2009 at 9:27 am

why is it that people under 30 can’t find an hgh supplament that will help gain muscle/mass ?
    any sugestions ?

  • 11 hgh truths // Apr 14, 2009 at 12:47 pm

    Pat C,
The answer is simple. They kind find an hgh supplement to do that because at their best and with older people that is not really what hgh supplements do. Plus people under 30 are still in a prime zone for using what nature has given them.

The whole hgh muscle mass thing is a lot of over marketed hype.

  • 12 Adrian R // Apr 14, 2009 at 5:41 pm

Well I just turned 32 so do you have information where I can find one? If not I’ll try to go naturally.

  • 13 hgh truths // Apr 14, 2009 at 5:54 pm

    Adrian R,

Hgh products have very little to do with gaining muscle mass. That is mostly a sports supplement marketing myth. People over 40 who are working out get some extra advantage.

i am 51 and wanting to lose weight and put on muscle mass i think i got short changed in the testosterone department i still have little hair on my body i am waiting for results on a blood test from my doctor if i am laking what suplment is the best

  • 15 hgh truths // May 12, 2009 at 8:06 am

    mike,
At your age, hgh supplements can help boost testosterone and there are a number of herbs that help. However, if your doc finds that you are deficient, he can give you a prescription for something that will work better.

I have just purchased an HGH product produced by a company that claims on to be a recognised FDR clinic (nothing more). I will be testing it across four members of my family who represent a broad spectrum of age and needs: my 77 year old mother who suffers from both forms of chronic arthritis, two son aged 18 and 19 who, as rugby players, are looking for legal products that can boost their training programs and increase their muscle mass and, myself aged 46, looking for improved sleep, increased energy, increased muscle and weight loss. I also suffer from joint pain for which I am currently on NSAI ( non steroid anit inflam). We all have just started on a one months supply. We have all agreed to come of all other suppliments for this period (with the exception of my mother who must maintain her prescribe meds, however, in her case we would be looking for a potential of reduction to current dosages of morphine which is used to coap with her pains. We would also be looking for increased muscle mass and inproved mobility) … This this, all I can say it we will see. Will report back with result to all at the end of the month.

    Brandon,
At 21, none of these products are going to do anything for yoi in the gym. Save your money.

I am a 33 yr old male began cycling in August and have become an addict…now a category racer and want to be ready for next season which begins in March. Can u recommend a specific hgh supplement that will help w/weight training, riding…etc.?

  • 22 JD // Nov 14, 2009 at 8:53 am

I guess what I am asking is best “bang for the buck$$”…have u heard of Nutrabolics?? Hemotropin stacked w/ hemotest?? Your input would be much appreciated.

  • 23 hgh truths // Nov 29, 2009 at 5:34 pm

    JD,
Sorry, we are about two weeks behind in answering comments.

Any of the top rated products would work fine.

If you look at the hemotropin ingredients list you will see a lot of chemical names for the ingredients instead of the easily recognizable common names. This is usually a sign of BS sports supplements marketing. The manufacturer pulls some other total BS marketing tricks too. I generally steer clear of products from companies like this.

I am a 30 year old female. I have gained and loss weight quite a few times in the last 10 years and now my skin is noticibly saggy. I heard that taking HGH pills will encourage my body to produce my own HGH and will help me shed fat, build lean muscle, and give me my youthful skin tone back. Before I spend my money on any of the products I just wanted to know if this is a true claim or more BS?

  • 25 hgh truths // Jan 25, 2010 at 4:30 pm

    Madeline,
All of those can be benefits of hgh supplements, though there is no guarantee what your experience will be. The body uses increased hgh levels to do what it most wants to do.
