SciFit GHT Stack An Hgh Product Review

June 16th, 2008 · 4 Comments

We are confronted with a human growth hormone supplement in capsule form from Scientific Fitness. Once again we have found something that is not in a bottle so it might have a chance to work.

Ingredients:

L-Arginine 1,200mg
Tribulus Terrestris 900mg(40% active ingredients)
ZMA 800mg
Mucuna Pruriens 700mg(standardized 25% L-Dopa)

Where to begin?

This supplement is positioned in the sports nutrition market and is definitely not an anti-aging product.

ZMA is an ingredient that combines Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate with Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6. Bodybuilding supplement companies like to claim that this is a heavily researched and proven supplement. It is not.

ZMA is a marketing creation of Victor Conte. Victor Conte is famous for running Balco Laboratories the suppliers of illegal designer steroids to Olympic athletes and currently accused of doing the same for Barry Bonds.

The main study that is quoted by all the people who sell ZMA was funded and co-authored by Victor Conte’s company. The only real independent study found it to have almost no benefit. 800 mg wasted.

L-Arginine is a good hgh releaser but 1,200mg is on the low end for use as the lead ingredient in an amino acid stack. Here it is the only amino acid and would have been a good place to use the wasted 800 mg.

Mucuna Pruiens does increase dopamine levels and increased dopamine levels do lead to greater hgh release. However, you do not need as large a dosage as they are providing. There is a scarcity of research proving if a larger dose leads to extra hgh release.

Once again I am losing all motivation to say much more about the product. You can definitely find many better products for working out and it has no place as a longevity supplement.

The hgh review product rating for SciFit GHT Stack is a C-.

In specific, ZMA is not the way to go.

    GABA is good stuff.

As of today, the hoghest score an hgh supplement has gotten is a B+. That was Secretagogue Gold. We are still looking for an “A” range product.
