They promised 5-7 day delivery. Tried calling the 800 number numerious times to no avail. I got voice mail, then a fax beep; Sometimes the phone just continued to ring. Sent inquiry to customer service address and email was returned as undeliverable. I am going to dispute the $4.95 shipping charge on my MC and will not do business with these folks again.
