Great site. Lots of good information. I am 44, 58 and ~215 lbs. This last year I have become nearly sedentary, added 20lbs of junk, sleep cycle worsened, general malaise and lack of desire to do anything active. I also have 2 young boys who suck the energy out of me. I have recently committed to a drastic change in diet/exercise to rediscover my youth. Am I a good candidate for Secretagogue Gold or HgH Surge. If yes, which and at what dosage would you consider as a good start? Am I missing anything else I should consider? Thanks!
