Today’s hgh product comes to us in a capsule form. Nutrabolics now markets this supplement simply as Gh Stak. No more Primo. Probably was not that primo to begin with.
The Ingredients:
Proprietary Blend: 4500mg
Gamma Aminobutyric Acid
L-Arginine Pyroglutamate
L-Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
Lysine
Macuna Pruiens (standardized for 10% L-Dopa)
New Zealand Colostrum
Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine
L-Glutamine
Zinc
Magnesium
Vitamin B-6
I hate the whole concept of proprietary blends more every time I see one. Time to start a movement to make this form of labeling illegal.
Nutrabolics does not seem to care much about the existing labeling rules. You can not use ingredients that have an recommended daily allowance (RDA) in a proprietary blend. You are required to put the exact amount and what percentage of the RDA that represents.
This lack of respect for the law makes causes even greater difficulty in figuring out if this is a decent formulation. See the ingredients in a blend are supposed to be listed in order from the greatest to the least. Sort of doing lab tests, we have no way if they are telling the truth.
That leaves us with two ways of looking at things.
Way one is that this label is a list of ingredients that serves as label dressing with none of them present in large amounts. This would yield another under strength and over priced product.
Way two would be to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they are at least giving you enough of the lead ingredients in minimal amounts to create a product.
Going on this good faith assumption we run into a problem. We hit the Lysine and run out of the 4500mg. So at least one of the first four ingredients is there in too small an amount. This also means that the Glutamine is just label dressing, not present in any meaningful amount. Plus colostrum is always a label dressing ingredient.
Giving complete benefit of the doubt, the best we could say is that it could be a passable product.
Then we get to the pricing. One bottle which they consider to be a half months supply is going to cost you $79.95 at full retail. Ouch!
Fortunately you can buy it from online vitamin retailers for around $35. Less ouch.
Still you will need two bottles per month costing $70 total. Ouch!
Despite being in a good mood we still have to grade down for the amateurish labeling problems and the expense.
Nutrabolics GH Stak receives a hgh supplement review rating of C.

L-Dopa is one of the many treatments for Parkinson’s disease.
The amount of l-dopa contained in the herbal extracts used in hgh supplements i a fraction of the amount need to reach any kind of toxicity levels.
