Hey, I am 17 going on 18, I am 5′9″ and want to be over 6′. Is there anything that will actually help me grow faster or taller in any way? I work out almost everyday and have lined up courses in my schedule to make sure I am active. I weigh 270 and want to lose 80 lbs. What do you suggest I do since this isn’t working as well as I thought it would?
