Stacking is just taking them together. These two products could be mixed together but we suggest trying them each seperately first. You only need to take them once per day and at bedtime is best. Protein shakes in the middle of the day are fine.

Hello hgh truths,

Thanks for the wonderful website and unbiased opinions on these supplements. I had a few questions that I was hoping you can assist me with.

1 – When the term “Stacking” is used, how does this work exactly? For example, I’m considering LifeRenewal and Secretagogue-Gold, both powedered. How would normally take this? Do you mix the two with water or do you drink one and then the other?

2 – I’m basically overweight and looking to get back to the gym. Is LifeRenewal and Secretagogue-Gold a good mix to stack?

3 – In your opinion what would be more effective:

both products stacked in the morning and again before bed?

morning, before workout, and then again before bed.

Could protein/whey shakes be introduced in the middle of the day say 2-3 hours before taking the hgh suplement?

Was womdering I’m 24 yrs old wanted to use life renewal for putting sum lean muscle on and help improve my sexual function and drive is this product ok for a 24 year old to take? I no its not an ideal age to use it but can I get an advantage on using it? Help me out here lol

tried both secretagogue gold and secretagogue one .I prefer secretagogue one (gold gives me muscle aches and I feel groggy in the morning) just got life renewal hgh which I will cycle with secretagogue one 5on 2 off . Im 55 and have noticed a dramatic change in body fat and muscle definition. Your website provides a great place to learn from other peoples experiences coupled with your scientific input in laymans terms.Thanks

Your site is fantastic! Im glad i found it before falling victim to the GenF 20’s and other fake supplements. Now I think i have read your entire website. I am new to Hgh, just got Secretagogue Gold and also Life Renewal (with discount, thx) I think actually I will just use Secretagogue for the first box (cycling it 5 &2) and then on the next box i will add in a 1/4 serving of Life Renewal like you said. Can’t wait to see how this goes!!

To the extent that hgh supplements help build muscle mass, that is about as good a combination as you can get. Probably only need 3 to 6 GHR Essential capsules.

11.000 mg of amino acids is not way too good to be true. You can put together that many amino acids as seperate products for the same price or less.

Maxi-hgh is similar and comes from a larger company.
