I saw in another post that you would tell us good ways of making our own HGH formulas from amino acids and other ingredients we could buy in bulk. Have you already published this info, and if so, may I please have the link?

Great information on this site. I'm going to be starting my first hgh cycle in one week (28yr old male). Im looking to gain back some muscle after having an illesostomy for my bowel disease. Im very atheletic and work out alot. I heard HGH helps you lose weight, but could I use it to help gain the 30lbs back I lost?

Mark,
The dopamine increase can sometimes lead to a temporary experience of "dragging" for some people. Usually only a temporary thing.

Been on secretagogue one about 3 weeks. Noticed deeper sleep,Tired in the morning though. Also noticed an increased appetite and kinda,,,Dragging. Good strength and increased endurance during running and exercize. Muscles more dense. No apparent changes elsewhere,,possibly some stomach bloating, and more frequent bathroom trips,,,Lol. Any thoughts?

Rhino,
Obviously 5-10 is not going to be as impactful as 5-2. You probably won't see as as high a level of results but it should be easier to maintain were your at and you might even gain a little ground.

hgh truths,
Thank you for such a quick reply. Now when you say ' its not ideal but I will still see benefits', does that suggest that I will still feel the same results as before just not as profound?
I found on the 5 and 2 cycle that I was able to tighten up my physique and gained 3 lbs of lean muscle which I have been able to maintain through my diet and training. It has been over a yr since my last cycle of hgh and I do not take any anabolics or plan on mixing any into my next hgh cycle.
Do you think over time I will be able to see the same results?
Thanks in advance
