Unfortunately, the biggest source for Green Magic is a 20+ year old MLM company. Do a web search and you can find some distributors who sell it at the distributors price of about $29.

I remember reading something that you posted regarding Green Magic. I am 22 years old. What benefits will I get if I consume green magic? (What is the cheapest place to get this item?) Do you recommend Green Magic? What other product(s) to you recommend for me if I want to extend my youth/great skin?

Hi, great site!

Looking to get my old zip back at 55, and I have some hope here perusing your info. In an earlier Sept. 2008 post, Jim mentions “In this article, it states that you will be publishing a series of articles on individual ingredients.” You tell him he hasn’t missed it yet.
Can I make the same query in 2009?

If the answer is still “not yet” is this info distributed among the comments in the product reviews, for info mining?

If you check out the ingredient lists of various review products you will see that ther are a number that combine these two ingredients. They can be taken together and they do not cancel each other out.

hey hgh truths, i was wondering i am taking amino acids, can i take both arginine pyroglutamate and gaba at the same time? they both have to be taken at night. if taken together do they cancel each others effect? thanx

By the way are you planning on doing a review of the “Fountain Of Youth HGH Complete” (but unfortunately it has a propriety blend)?

By the way I just bought some HGH Surge from a local store and hope to give it a try (at bedtime) for the next month. I am interested in the neurotransmitter boost and hgh release of the product.

At bedtime I have also been taking “Dream Boost” (they have their own website). Although it is not a HGH product (and it actually has a propriety blend) I emailed the manufacturer and they said the propriety blend is 550 mg Calea Zacatechichi (which was what I was hoping for) which is more Calea than you get in straight Calea Zacatechichi capsules sold at iamshaman.

Anyway I have been taking Dream Boost for over a month and on some nights it does noticably enhance my dreams and I have had a few lucid dreams. But then again it is hard to tell if this should be contributed to the product or just to my normal condiditon because I have always had intense, vivid dreams on and off through life.

That is good information and good advice. However, the amino acids you get from eating have little to do with hgh releathe release is caused by taking bulk amounts of anmino acids on an empty stomach and getting rapid uptake.

Here is a list of foods you can eat that include the main Amino acids found in most HGH releaser products.

The main HGH releaser ingredients are usually: arginine, glutamine, Ornithine , Glycine, Lysine, GABA.

Foods containing Arginine:

Carob, coconut, dairy products, gelatin, meat, oats, nuts, raw cereals, peanuts, soybeans, walnuts, white flour, wheat, and wheat germ.

Foods containing Glutamine:

Parsley, Spinach-raw, Fish, meat, beans, dairy products and free-form amino acid and tablets. Cooking destroys the amino acid, so eating more raw foods is highly beneficial. Free-form amino acid powder must be kept totally dry or it will convert to ammonia and pyroglutamic acid.

Foods containing Ornithine:

Meat, fish, dairy, eggs and free-form amino acid or capsule form. Also available as as Ornithine Alph-Ketoglutarate (OKG) which is Ornithine combined with Glutamine. Depletion may occur during pregnancy.

Foods containing Glycine:

Fish, meat, beans, dairy and free-form amino acids.

Foods containing Lysine:

So the above are usually the main ingredients in hgh releasers.

Basically if you eat the right foods, excercise regularily, maintain a positive attitude naturally, and get plent of sleep (so you reach delta deep sleep every night) you will generally have a healthy body and life.
