Visual Impact Muscle Building Review

May 8th, 2010 · 32 Comments

hghtruths.com – I am taking a small detour from the usual human growth hormone supplement reviews to do a review of a muscle building fitness course called the Visual Impact Muscle Building Course. I know from previous comments that we get a number of visitors who are fans of course creator Rusty Moore.

Visual Impact Muscle Building is a six month, three phase muscle building course designed to give you that hot Hollywood look. So if you are interested in being freakishly pumped, go back to the hgh product reviews. If you are interested in getting a hot, balanced, ripped physique………

The course has an initial focus on building muscle fast but it the right kind of lean, well distributed muscle mass. This is followed by a phase that focuses on hardening up the muscle and a third phase to build muscle density.

I am not doing a great job of explaining the program. I suggest you avoid my feeble attempt and just go look at the official site. The three videos that you get without having to buy anything are well worth the time you take visiting the site.

Yes, the site I am sending you to does sell an eBook for $47 which is less than the cost of a session with an average personal trainer.

Yes, we do get paid a commission if you buy through one of our links. Anyone who has looked at this site much knows that we don’t take recommending products lightly. This would be the first time we have strongly recommended a fitness program. The most we have ever done in the past is run a few random ads.

This is the first time I have seen a course this good.

Visual Impact Muscle Building Course

Rusty first released this program in beta back in January and there is nothing but positive responses from beta testers. A trainer friend of mine has adopted it to his sessions for the past two months and all his clients are thrilled with the results.

The only downside to the program is that it is mainly geared toward men. Women have to adapt the ideas to their own program. There is hope for women because Rusty is promising a future release written just for women.

While this is a great program for males of all ages, I think it is incredibly fabulous for the 35+ guys coming here looking for hgh supplements to use for anti aging purposes. Combine Visual Impact Muscle Building with a top rated hgh product and you should be approaching your young stud look within three months. If you have more fat to loss it might take six months but you will be feeling much better physically and energetically long before then.

I am not used to so strongly recommending a product and it is making writing a little strained. I am not used to sending people directly to a product site. Don’t expect me to ever directly recommend an hgh releaser website.

Visual Impact Muscle Building is in alignment with all the training principles I have believed in for over 30 years but I could never explain it anywhere near as good as Rusty does.

The four videos on the site are a good free resource from which the frugal among you could work to develop your own routine. So go take a look. The site won’t bite.

The full course is only $47 and there is no attempt made to sell some kind of deluxe course. One price includes everything. Rusty is a good guy and not some internet sales weasel. There is even a full 60 Days unconditional guarantee. Plenty of time to know if it works for you.

Is Visual impact body building just another scam exercise program or does it really work? I don’t want to waste time on a product that does not work.

  • 2 hgh truths // May 10, 2010 at 12:31 pm

    Sam D,

Visual Impact Body Building is not a scam. Rusty Moore is a straight shooter. If you follow the program you will have great results. The techniques taught in this course work.

I don’t really see why you are worried about a $47 product sold through clickbank being a scam. You have a 60 day refund policy backed by the worlds largest distributor of digital products.

  • 3 Araujo // May 23, 2010 at 10:39 pm

How would you compare this program with programs like “INSANITY” or “P90X”? And what do you think of those exercises program?

  • 4 hgh truths // May 26, 2010 at 7:42 am

    Araujo,

A self motivated person can get the same or better results for less money. Visual Impact comes from a real person and not some massive marketing machine that wants to also sell you $50 bottles of diet pills. I don’t even pay attention to the Beachbody style of marketing. Life is to short.

The key phrase is self motivated. If you are not motivated you won’t get results from any program. If you are self motivated you will get results from any program.

I recommend Rusty’s program because he is a good guy who the extra mile to help people while still trying to earn a living and is extremely low on the hype scale.

Thanks for all the honest reviews!!, I’ve been digging around the internet for days!, finally I got the right place.

I wanted to ask about what HGH product would you recommend to go with this Visual Impact Muscle Building routine, is it the Secretagogue Gold? And what would be the dose for a 35 year old who is now at the low end of the aging decline.

    Thanks!!

  • 6 pacmann // May 28, 2010 at 5:53 pm

If I take a product to stimulate the release of growth hormone from a gland (pituitary?), am I compromising the later release of the hormone? In other words, is the supply of HGH in the human body finite? My concern is if at age 45 I stimulate higher secretions of HGH, will there be any naturally left when I am 65? Are you able to address this issue? Have there been any scientific studies of this that you know of?

  • 7 hgh truths // May 30, 2010 at 11:25 am

    John,

Any of the “B” range products would work and Secretagogue Gold is a great choice. Just go with the regular recommended dosage. At 35 you should be more interested in results over time.

  • 8 hgh truths // May 30, 2010 at 11:34 am

    pacmann,

There is no resevoir of human growth hormone in the body to use up. Your body produces it from the nutrients in your system as necessary. Gentle stimulation from human growth hormone supplements is not a problem just make sure you practice cycling. Where people get it wrong is that hey think if the standard dosage is good then taking four times as much would be better.

Thanks for all the great information on HGH products, and the Visual Impact program. Quick question about HGH product reviews… what do you know about the site modernaging.com? They seem to have some comprehensive reviews of lots of products, just like you have here. But I notice their conclusions are very different. For example, they seem to rave about “Longevity” while you give it a “D”. (my brain is completely fried from reading reviews and trying to decide what to do : )

  • 10 hgh truths // Jun 7, 2010 at 8:05 pm

    Jeff,
Modernaging.com is a site that is run by distributors of Longevity. Just read their disclaimer and read under the header. For years they operated this as a bogus review site without the disclaimer which is there now to meet the recent rule changes by the FTC.

  • 11 Jeff // Jun 8, 2010 at 7:33 am

Thanks for that info. I just ordered scretagogue gold, and will also be ordering the “visual impact” program. With those two, plus P90X, eating more raw foods, I should be turning back the clock in no time : ) Regarding secretagogue gold, could there be any benefit to increasing the daily dosage? maybe by a half or full packet? As a big guy (250 lbs), I often wonder if I need to increase supplement dosages above what is recommended on the box/bottle.

I know hardwork and strict dieting is the key to it all, but I’m always looking for something “extreme” to really push me and jump start my progress. Any recommendations, beyond what I have mentioned?

  • 12 hgh truths // Jun 8, 2010 at 10:44 am

    Jeff,

Just do the standard dosage for the first month. By the end of that month there will be a post here that talks about the proper way to boost up Secretagogue Gold. Always start with the basic dosage because that is usually enough for most people. Size does not have much to do with the dosage. Dosage is mostly dependent on body chemistry and sensitivity.

Thanks for the great and helpful site and your attention on answering comments.

The secretagogue Gold has GABA in it. I was talking to a pharmacist at CVS another day and he say GABA can not be taken orally because it is injectable, otherwise will be no benefit. Any comments on that? Thank you.

hey i heard about this product called GHRP-6, i hear it works really well and its legal.
    whats your opinion on it?
also if i use too much ghrp-6 , will it cause acromegaly?
    thanks
    David

Great job with the reviews- I just received GH Stack and noticed on the label that it lists the ingredient l-tryptophan 250 mg instead of griffonia simplicofolia extract 250 mg. What are your thoughts on this? What is the difference or is there any? I really like to know what I am taking and value your opinion on the ingredients. Thanks.

I have left 2 questions on this blog in the last few days which said ‘awaiting moderation’. and the next day they are gone and unanswered.

Why are they being dropped and not answered?

My question is on hgh and increasing libido.

At 40 years old which is still very young, my libido seems to be flagging and in doing research
on increasing testosterone levels, found this site on hgh.

Will taking hgh as a ’supplement’ increase testosterone levels on it’s own or does it have
to be part of an exercise and / or muscle building
    program?

I am looking at this ‘Visual Impact’ program as I do want to get back in shape but am wondering
if simply taking an hgh secretagogue as a supplement will increase testosterone on it’s own in the mean time.

I would like an honest answer to this and would like to get it from someone who is not out to sell anything.

If you don’t want to post this question on the blog can you please e-mail me a response?

    david,
GHRP-6 is a chemical that was researched for use as a growth hormone releasing drug. It never even made it to serious clinical trials. So it is just a research chemical that has no documentation as to side effects and is not approved for human consumption. If I remember correctly, its biggest research project was on fish. There are sites on the internet that sell it as a “research” chemical but any site that suggests that they are selling GHRP-6 as a growth hormone releaser is selling an unapproved drug. A felony.

So, if you like pumpimg chemicals into your body that have been experimented with on fish and mice, have a good time.

  • 18 hgh truths // Jun 15, 2010 at 9:49 am

    trees,
This would actually be an improvement to the product. The chain works like this griffonia>tryptophan>serotonin. Skipping one step in the conversion process makes the product slightly better.

  • 19 hgh truths // Jun 15, 2010 at 10:00 am

    Jason,

Gee, let me think…..Maybe if awaiting moderation means that the comment doesn’t show until the comment is moderated and maybe that doesn’t happen daily?

Hgh generally increases libido. It does not necessarily do it through the increase of testosterone but does generally increase testosterone levels in males over the age of 35. Exercise will generally lead to higher levels of libido, hgh and testosterone.

There is some empirical evidence that products containing pituitary have more of a testosterone hormonal effect. However it should be noted that there is no good research on pituitary extracts as an hgh releaser.

Men taking hgh supplements tend to go through a cranky/edgy stage. More similar to PMS than roid rage.

    Thanks for your time.

when i did research on GHRP-6 on the internet, there is several sites that state that ghrp-6 has been used on humans.
do you think using ghrp-6 will have harmful side effects to humans?
    thanks for your help,
    David

hey , I’m 28 about to try a cycle of usplabs , powerful capsules, that release growth hormone, i only want to take it for 1 cycle, 4-6 weeks, to finish the 90 capsules.
My question is that after i finish the cycle , and just continue working out at the gym , will i lose everything i gained, because i dont want to take to for a long time.

  • 23 hgh truths // Jun 23, 2010 at 7:06 am

    Araujo,

Either your pharmacist is a danger to society or you got the conversation mixed up.

GABA is a dietary supplement that is traditionally taken orally with good benefits. If it was an injectable it would no longer be a dietary supplement, it would be a drug. The minute you start using a needle, it is a drug. This even applies to B-12.

However, human growth hormone is a drug that is taken by injection. Taking human growth hormone orally would be totally ineffective. Some hgh oral sprays claim to have “real’ hgh in them but they are fraudulent products.

  • 24 hgh truths // Jun 23, 2010 at 7:14 am

    David,

Just because internet sites use it an there may have been a couple tiny experiments on humans, doesn’t mean that humans should use GHRP-6. Studies on rats did not show that it was safe enough or effective enough to set up serious human trials.

Look at it this way. Human Growth Hormone is a multi-billion dollar business. If GHRP-6 showed any promise as an hgh replacement, some drug company would be all over it. However, after studies on rats and mice, no drug company is seriously working on an hgh secrtagogue drugs.

  • 25 hgh truths // Jun 23, 2010 at 7:18 am

    manny,
I wouldn’t worry about it. The Powerfull capsules you are taking are less than nothing special.

  • 26 Araujo // Jun 23, 2010 at 3:22 pm

You mention in another part of the site that one cycle, that you do, is a 5 days and 2 days off for three months and then take a month off. If that is a cycle how many cycle should I do for the SECRETAGOGUE ONE? and if I take for a long time does that steel effective? Thanks for the attention.

  • 27 MikeZ // Jun 28, 2010 at 8:24 am

First off, thank you for all the hard work and great info on this site. And now including programs like this on top of the HGH reviews – priceless.
I don’t know where you find the time.

My question is about GHR Essentials. Even at 3 capsules and adding extra L-lysine to unbalance the L-Arginine, it still causes my cold sores to act-up.
Will adding one capsule of Essentials to Life Renewal be any benefit, or should I just throw them out?
Thanks again and I will defiantly check out this Visual Impact course.

    Araujo,
Do as many cycles as you want.

  • 29 Boxorox // Jun 29, 2010 at 5:15 pm

I’ve been trolling for several weeks taking in the articles and comments. I’m very impressed with the quality and quantity of information and advice.

I’m a 40 year old male and do Crossfit 4 days per week. I also eat a fairly strict diet that resembles fuel more than food. I’m more interested in maintaining a certain level of athleticism that I’ve enjoyed for most of my life than I am with body building.

I began stacking/cycling Secretagogue Gold with 2 measured teaspoons of Life Renewal HGH for 3 weeks ago and my body is definitely going through some changes. I haven’t been able to put my finger on exactly what those changes are yet, but I remain hopeful. I am a bit crankier for sure.

  • 30 hgh truths // Jun 30, 2010 at 5:30 pm

    MikeZ,

If you have that high a level of senstitivity to l-arginine, you should find a product that has no l-arginine in it. Lysine works great as a topical but all it does with arginine is compete for receptor sites. Besides, l-arginine is not that great an hgh releaser.

  • 31 Chickee // Jul 1, 2010 at 11:01 pm

Can I take something like Ultra Max Gold or even GHR and add a glandular raw pituitary supplement to it. Would that make it competitive with Secretagogue One and Gold which both have acesulfame in it and I avoid that ingredient.

  • 32 hgh truths // Jul 4, 2010 at 3:44 pm

    Chickee,
I don’t really see the need to add raw pituitary to either product.
