jstab,
Genotropin is a pharmaceutical form of rDNA somatropin made by Pfizer. This is one of the top of the line forms of prescription hgh and not one of those Chinese blue top fakes. The dosages seem a dash high but your doctor knows your situation better than I do.

One of my standard supplementation recommendations is Green Magic.

Regarding hgh supplements, taking a good one along with the injections can often improve results. Some doctors, treating patients for anti-aging purposes or adult growth hormone deficiency, combine power dosgaes of injectable hgh along with hgh supplements. I have also talked to doctors who cycle between injections and supplements.

I have done a lot of research about HGH and Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. I have presented that research to an open-minded physican who has prescribed me genotropin and, together with my pharmacist, I was able to get it approved by my Rx Insurance. The first month I took .6 mg daily. The doctor increased the dosage to 1 mg for the second month and I am in the first week of that dose. I want to thank you for all the info on this site and ask 2 questions: One, what do you know/think of Genotropin and TWO: what, if any, supplementation would you recommend? I have not started back in the gym yet, but plan on doing it very soon.

AJ,
Secrtagogue Gold would help get you to normal levels not push you over the top. The interesting thing about hgh supplements is that the increased hgh is used by the body for what it thinks is most important. That is one of the reasons so many people report similar but different results.

Thanks for your response! I was just prescribed Depo-Testosterone today by my doctor to raise my levels on bi-weekly injections. Will the Secretatogogue Gold assist this in getting me to normal levels or push me over the top?

AJ,
Hgh supplements will do much of what you are looking for if you are in the right age bracket. Some of them even contain ingredients specifically to increase testosterone levels.

I enjoy all the insite from your articles and the honest point of views you give on the various HGH products. What I've been looking for is a way not boost my over fitness to the level of a body builder but a product or products that can assist me in boosting my testosterone levels back to normal and getting me back to a level where I can maintain a good workout regimen without feeling like I'm dying afterwards and not seeing the results.

I know you probably don't recommend but I'm looking to see what products can give me a lift in these areas; while knowing I must put forward effort to see results. Thanks!

Jason,

It won't hurt but I don't know how much good it will do in your situation. Your schedule would normally be already keeping your natural hgh higher.

Do you use yoga or even better Pilates as part of your routine? This sounds crazy to some guys who are into weights but I have freinds at the original Muscle Beach that got great improvements in their definition after 3 months of adding this into their routine. Didn't hurt their social life either.

Well here I am 32yrs old and active as hell, in the gym anyway. I am very versed in work outs and what is needed to achieve my goals in muscle growth. (naturally I might add). And all the while I have been interested in what natural HGH would or could do for me for muscle recovery and growth. I'm on a very good diet of 6 meals a day with protein blend shakes added in before and after my workouts. So with the risk of sounding redundant, will something like Maxi-HGH help in my quest of muscle building? After all I have stated, I have some difficulty in acheiving more muscle definition after being on a great schedule the past year and a half. Your thoughts?

Thanks

jstab,

I always go for trying a good supplement first. Being 45 years old you might be able to find a doctor that will prescribe injectable hgh. Look for somebody who specializes in HRT or Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. There is a very good chance that somebody with your symptoms could test for a legitimate growth hormone deficiency.
