Seems it does not work but what I haven't see is a case where through X-Rays, (a broken arm) this 16 year has been told his growth plates are wide open. I believe you are saying that a 16 year would produce enough HGH to grow while the growth plates are open, but in this case would a little more stimulation help since we know he is open to growth?
